Two Solo Attorneys Working as a Team
At the Family Law Center, our legal services are provided by two attorneys, Becky Rasmason* and Janice Downey, both of whom are independent solo practitioners working together when appropriate to enhance their representation of family law clients.
- Becky Rasmason was admitted to practice in California in 1997 and has been certified as a family law specialist by the Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of California. Ms. Rasmason also serves as a professor at Empire College School of Law.
- Janice Downey has moved into legal practice after spending many years building relationships and handling diverse situations in the business world.
Our attorneys' backgrounds and approaches complement each other, enabling the Family Law Center to provide well-rounded representation to clients in all types of circumstances.
Offering Services Tailored to Meet Your Needs
Our offices are conveniently located in the Town Green Village in Windsor, California, just north of Santa Rosa, with plentiful free parking available. We offer a free 30-minute initial consultation, and evening and weekend appointments are available upon request.
